No Loo View From Top of Empire State Building

A disappointed tourist has revealed that there is no view from the Empire State Building observatory toilet.

Englishman David Wood, a King Kong fan, took the elevator to the top just to see if there was a loo with a view, but came back down to earth with a heavy heart: "there's a loo up there, but no view from it", said David.
